Dr. Kimberly Cress, MD

Dr. Cress is a pioneering, nationally recognized giant in the field of neuromodulation. An early adopter of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), she has been a dedicated provider of the therapy since 2010. Having spent 25 years building a premier practice in Houston, Texas, she moved to Tennessee in 2025 to bring her immense clinical expertise to Synaptic PSYCH.

Dr. Cress’s elite background includes completing Harvard Medical School’s Intensive Course in TMS and advanced coursework at Duke University. As a past President of the Clinical TMS Society (2020–2021), a CTMSS PULSES Faculty leader, and a past Board Member of the Foundation for the Advancement of Clinical TMS (FACTMS), she is quite literally one of the top experts in the country helping patients reclaim their quality of life through neurostimulation.

Dr. Eveleigh Wagner, MD

Working in close, collaborative lockstep with Dr. Cress is Dr. Eveleigh Wagner. Dr. Wagner is highly regarded throughout the Franklin community for her compassionate, deeply personalized approach to complex mood disorders. She specializes in creating comprehensive, multi-dimensional care plans that bridge traditional psychopharmacology with modern interventional treatments.
