Rachel Aholt APRN, is a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience caring for patients of all ages.

Throughout her career, Rachel has focused heavily on women’s health—supporting patients through every stage of life, including reproductive health, perimenopause, and menopause, with a deep understanding of how hormonal changes impact mental and emotional well-being.

At SYNAPTIC PSYCH, Rachel takes a warm, whole-person approach to your care. She considers the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of your health to understand how you feel and function. She believes that education is key, and she works collaboratively with you so you feel empowered and informed about your treatment options. For patients who desire it, Rachel is also happy to incorporate faith and spiritual perspectives into their care.
