Madison Freels, APRN, is an ANCC Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based outpatient care to the greater Nashville community.
Born and raised in Nashville, Madison earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Kentucky and launched her career at Vanderbilt Psychiatric Hospital. She gained extensive experience across diverse psychiatric settings before completing her Master of Science in Nursing at Vanderbilt University’s PMHNP program.
Madison believes effective psychiatric care relies on a foundation of trust, empathy, and active listening. She takes a collaborative, patient-centered approach to treatment, partnering with individuals to understand their unique goals and help them navigate their path toward mental wellness.
As part of the Franklin team at SYNAPTIC PSYCH, Madison works alongside collaborating physician Dr. Eveleigh Wagner, M.D., to deliver comprehensive, individualized care.
