Staying Safe while we care for YOU

Wash your hands for 25 seconds with soap

Everyone at the NeuroScience & TMS Treatment Centers joins me in our concern for the safety of you, our staff, and all the world.

After working virtually except for New patient appointments and TMS treatments for most of March and April, we are back fully in both clinic sites.

Our Brentwood location is within a busy medical clinic, so we require all patients coming to that office to wear a face mask, and to wash their hands in our suite to reduce the spread of infection.  We can continue to see patients virtually if necessary.  Our TMS patients being care for in this location or our to satellite clinic (within the Nashville Center for Hope & Healing) are screened daily, and are also required to wear a face mask and wash their hands for patient and staff safety.

We are following direction per the Center for Disease Control (CDC) to clean the location multiple times in the day.

Providing the quality service to patients will not end. We have worked with our clinicians and insurance to make telemedicine appointments available. Using telemedicine resources, patients are able to meet with clinicians and therapists easily which is essential in these stressful times.

There is a lot of content on the internet about the current pandemic, some which is incorrect, so we advise looking for information on these websites for accurate information:

– to find a testing facility, https://www.tn.gov/health/cedep/ncov/remote-assessment-sites.html

– to obtain accurate information, https://www.cdc.gov/

There are three free COVID testing sites in Davidson County, call if you need one.

As always, please call,  (615) 224-9800, or email our office at support@hopeforyourbrain.com, for your concerns.

Respectfully,

Michelle Cochran, MD, DFAPA  NSTMS Medical Director
